DAMBA is a "way to be", it´s a music that comes "from below", from the root of the different cultures and worldwide music, a mixture between the tradition and modernity with styles that sound like Rumba, Blues, Punk, Reggae, Funk, Rock and electronic music...

They have a great dose of crazyness, happiness that invite to party and dance. The songs are full of sounds that transmit and lyrics that refer to everyday life, happiness, disquiet, irony, sincerity and poetry.

The inspiration comes from hearing, life and from the four corners of the world.

The group is formed by 11 musicians coming from the north and the south of the Basque Country, Cuba, Venezuela and Madrid.
Their music is good for enjoying and partying, they sing in basque, catalan, brazilian portuguese, french, english and spanish.

Travelling, meetings and friendship are the starting point for a human adventure thet gets together 2 continents: from te Basque Country to Cuba, from Barcelona to Madrid, and from Paris to Venezuela.

Since the disk came out on December 2008, thanks to the help of different radios and tvs, the group played concerts in the basque Country, both north and south, France and Spain (all of the with very good critic!!)

Thanks to the good critics, the public came to the concerts and enjoyed what the group offers; rythms, colour and lots of positive energy!!

all this is reflected on the title of their first album "AND IF I BREAK MY WAY".
